The Vistiq becomes the fourth Cadillac SUV developed on General Motors’ Ultium platform. In China, the model is positioned as a large three-row electric SUV with a 2+2+2 layout in overseas specifications. Local filings designate the vehicle as a high-end product often referred to as a “small Escalade,” reflecting its size profile and design cues.

Externally, the Vistiq retains the design language established for Cadillac’s IQ-branded electric models. The front adopts a closed-off fascia with a large panel, detailed internal patterning, and a horizontal chrome bar stretching into wide LED light units. Vertical light modules flank both sides of the bumper. The combination maintains the IQ family identity while following the shift toward simplified electric SUV aerodynamics.

The powertrain lineup includes single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor variant delivers a peak output of 255 kW. Dual-motor versions pair a front unit with a peak of 183 kW and a rear unit at 260 kW, all using ternary-lithium battery packs.

Other specifications cited from overseas models include combined peak power between 443 kW and 458.6 kW, maximum torque of 880 Nm, a 102-kWh battery, an EPA range of 491 km (305 miles), and 0–100 km/h acceleration of 3.7 seconds. WLTC range referenced in the reporting is 480 km (298 miles).
With its dimensions, power outputs, and software configuration, the Vistiq sits between Cadillac’s midsize and full-size electric SUVs at a time when three-row EV demand continues to expand. The model’s release sets the stage for how Cadillac will refine its China-market strategy for high-end electric SUVs as the brand adds scale to the Ultium platform.
