NIO Likely Achieved 30,000 December Sales Target With All-Time Record Week

Based on insurance registrations, NIO and Onvo have delivered on a combined basis approximately 10,700 vehicles through the 52nd week of 2024 (Dec. 23-29).

Including the past three weeks of registrations, NIO has achieved over 29,400 total deliveries through the period of December 2-29.

NIO ranks just second of all emerging NEV brands in W52, behind Li Auto’s 13,400 deliveries.

Meanwhile XPeng delivered 10,100 units, also the first week XPeng has exceeded the 10,000 threshold.

Zeekr and Xiaomi placed 5th and 8th with 8,900 and 6,700 units delivered, respectively.

As these registrations do not include 3 days, December 1 and December 30-31, we believe that NIO has exceeded the 30,000 mark.

Based on October and November total deliveries of 41,551 units combined with December registrations, NIO has already exceeded 70,000 deliveries in Q4 of 2024, another all-time record.

NIO previously announced Q4 delivery guidance to be within 72,000 to 75,000 vehicles, implying that in December, it would deliver between 30,449 to 33,449 units.

Through Week 52, NIO broke several all-time company record, delivering c. 6,500 NIO branded vehicles in a single week, a 20.4% week-on-week growth.

Onvo also set a new record, delivering 4,200 Onvo L60 through Week 52, a 100% week-on-week growth from 2,100 in Week 51.

Onvo President Alan Ai previously expressed strong confidence that he will be able to deliver in excess of 10,000 L60 through December.

On December 27, Onvo announced having delivered 20,000 L60 through the first 100 days of launch.

Based on cumulative December insurance registrations, Onvo has already delivered over 9,400 L60 through December 2-29, with 3 days not accounted for.

On a combined basis, NIO and Onvo have set a third consecutive weekly all-time record, improving from 6,100 in Week 50, 7,500 in Week 51 to 10,700 in Week 52.

This also represents the first time that NIO has exceed the 10,000 total weekly delivery mark.
