Priced from 265,800 CNY (c. $37,300) including the battery or from 179,800 CNY (c. $25,200) under Nio’s Battery-as-a-Service plan, the L90 targets family buyers in the full-size SUV segment.

It offers a six- or seven-seat configuration, emphasizing cabin utility and comfort, and benefits from access to Nio’s nationwide charging and battery-swap infrastructure.

The model is built on a 900-volt architecture and available in rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive variants. The rear-drive version delivers 340 kW, while the all-wheel-drive option produces 440 kW and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds.

Both versions use an 85 kWh battery pack supporting up to 605 km (376 miles) of CLTC range. The system can perform a complete battery swap in roughly three minutes, reducing downtime for long-distance travel.

With a length of 5,145 mm, width of 1,998 mm, and height of 1,766 mm, the L90 is classified as a large SUV. It includes a powered 240-liter front trunk, adaptive air suspension, and electric side steps.

The cabin adopts a full-width design with a 17.3-inch 3K ceiling-mounted display, an 8-inch rear control screen, and a 35-inch augmented-reality head-up display. Second-row passengers have access to zero-gravity seats, folding tables, and a small refrigerator.
