In his letter, He Xiaopeng reflected on the past year's challenges and successes. “Last year felt like swimming in a sea of blood, but we achieved a turnaround by the fourth quarter”.

“XPeng Motors delivered over 30,000 vehicles each month for three consecutive months, with the XPeng MONA M03 exceeding 15,000 deliveries for two consecutive months. The XPeng P7+ saw rapid adoption, with cumulative deliveries surpassing 20,000 units in just two months.”

Despite Chinese New Year, XPeng delivered 30,350 vehicles in January 2025.

He Xiaopeng emphasized that 2025-2027 will be the most competitive and crucial years for China's automotive industry, presenting both challenges and opportunities for XPeng.

He outlined the company's core product strategy, focusing on refining, differentiating, and globalizing their product lineup over the next three years.

In 2025, XPeng plans to introduce several new models and annual facelifts, including the all-new G7 model, alongside facelifted versions of the G6 and G9.

XPeng aims to release major new models or facelifts almost every quarter throughout the year.

XPeng is targeting higher sales performance. In 2024, XPeng delivered 190,100 vehicles, marking a 34% year-on-year growth.

The company has set a seemingly ambitious sales target of 350,000 vehicles for 2025, an 83% YoY increase.

But considering XPeng’s January 2025 deliveries of 30,300 units, up 268% year-on-year, and its strong year-end momentum, we don’t find it difficult to believe.

In He Xiaopeng’s perspective, XPeng can confidently double its delivery volume in 2025 with its strong product matrix.

This year, XPeng aims to achieve L3 full-scenario autonomous driving by the second half of 2025.

He Xiaopeng believes that L3 autonomous driving will be as transformative for AI-powered vehicles as was the release of the iPhone 4 for smartphones.
