The company built its first 500,000 vehicles over 82 months and doubled the figure in 14 months, becoming the first pure-EV emerging brand in China to reach 1 million mass-produced units.

Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng thanked users, investors, suppliers, employees, and the Guangdong government, calling the milestone a new stage for the company.

XPeng displayed the X9 Super Range-Extended, new P7, MONA M03 Max, P7+, G6, G7, and G9 at the show. The booth also featured the IRON humanoid robot, the Land Aircraft Carrier platform, the XPeng Turing chip, and a “9-in-1 Super Integrated Rear Axle” that debuts on the X9 Super Range-Extended.

The X9 Super Range-Extended is the first mass-market model to adopt the Kunpeng Super Range-Extended system. The company lists a CLTC range of 1,602 km (about 996 miles) and a pure-electric range of 452 km (about 281 miles). Pricing starts at 309,800 CNY (c. $43,600) for the 1602 Max and 329,800 CNY (c. $46,400) for the 1602 Ultra.

The company said the model broke the X9 line’s all-time full-day order record within one hour of launch. Customers in northern China accounted for more than half of new orders, and the Ultra trim represented 79% of reservations.

Benefits valued at up to 60,000 CNY (c. $8,400) were announced for early buyers, with up to 23,500 CNY (c. $3,300) for current XPeng owners. Buyers who lock in orders before December 31, 2025 may obtain purchase tax phase-out subsidies of up to 15,000 CNY (c. $2,100).

XPeng plans seven Super Range-Extended models for 2026. Three will launch in the first quarter, followed by four dual-energy vehicles, including an entry in a volume segment. The company plans to increase pure-EV range, broaden segment coverage, and deploy 5C ultra-fast charging.

The P7+ will begin global sales in January 2026. Since appearing at the 2024 Paris Motor Show, the model has been showcased at Milan Fashion Week and the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Domestic deliveries have exceeded 85,000 units in the first year. XPeng plans three additional global models in 2026, including a compact to mid-size SUV.

At its 2025 Tech Day, XPeng presented its strategy for “Physical AI,” including second-generation VLA autonomous driving, robotaxi trials, the IRON humanoid robot, and two flying-car architectures. The company intends to mass-produce all four in 2026.

XPeng reported deliveries of 355,209 vehicles from January to October 2025, a year-on-year increase of 190%. Overseas deliveries reached 34,712 units, up 106.7%. The brand’s sales and service network spans 52 countries and regions, with 690 stores in China and 321 overseas.

Its charging network covers 31 countries with 2.58 million available chargers, including over 2,810 self-operated stations and 15,300 self-operated chargers in China. The company plans overseas fast-charging expansion beginning in 2026, targeting 1,000 ultra-fast stations in Europe and Asia-Pacific within three years.

XPeng held a ceremony at the Guangzhou Smart Manufacturing Base on November 21 for new owners of the X9 Super Range-Extended. The company released a “1-in-a-million” virtual badge for users who received or locked in vehicles before that date.

He Xiaopeng outlined priorities across safety, quality, service, operations, technology integration, and global expansion. The company also plans to open the Guangzhou Smart Factory to the public starting December 2025. The factory includes automated stamping, large die-casting, Class-100 paint facilities, flexible assembly lines, and an in-house manufacturing execution system enabling traceability.

XPeng said the facility meets zero-emission standards and previously received MSCI ESG “AAA” ratings in 2023 and 2024.

The milestone and new product cycle position XPeng to expand both its domestic range-extended portfolio and its international footprint as it transitions into broader intelligent mobility markets.
