XPeng The First Emerging Chinese Brand To Deliver 10,000 Units In Europe

On December 20, XPeng became the first Chinese new energy vehicle brand to deliver 10,000 vehicles in Europe.

The 10,000th unit also happened to be XPeng’s best-seller XPeng G6 in export markets.

He Xiaopeng shared on his social media:

"I'm very happy that today, through a video call, I remotely delivered our 10,000th intelligent all-electric vehicle, the G6, in Europe.

This particular XPeng owner is the founder of a well-established company in Germany.

The entire delivery process was both exciting and nerve-wracking — the biggest challenge for me was trying to ask a few more questions with my limited English.

I was a bit nervous, and so was he. By the end of our conversation, despite it being winter, I was sweating all over.

But I am still extremely thrilled! We are the first among the new energy vehicle (NEV) startups to achieve 10,000 deliveries in Europe, and this year, we are also the top Chinese car brand in Europe for deliveries of vehicles priced over 40,000 euros.

XPeng has had a breakthrough year in vehicle exports, with 10 consecutive months of export growth.

On a cumulative basis, XPeng has exported over 20,000 vehicles to international markets.

In Europe, XPeng currently operates in 9 countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Iceland, Netherland, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, and recently announced plans to enter the UK market.

Outside of Europe, XPeng operates in Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, and UAE.
