XPeng delivered a record 10,000 MONA M03 in last 15 days

On January 18 at the XPeng annual meeting, Chairman He Xiaopeng revealed that the new Xpeng MONA M03 launched last August has created a “miracle” with 10,000 deliveries made in just the past 15 days.

In fact, through the beginning of January to mid-month, XPeng’s MONA M03 unit sales rose from 50,000 to 60,000.

XPENG MONA M03 WEEK 2 OF 2025 DELIVERIES

XPeng MONA M03 delivered a single-week record of 4,600 units through the last week of 2024 (Dec.23-29).

Sales have remained very strong in early January, with 4,100 and 4,300 through the 1st and 2nd week of 2025 (Dec.30 to Jan. 12).

He Xiaopeng previously stated that weekly sales have stabilized at c, 4,000 MONA M03 per week.

We knew that the M03 would be a major success based on launch pre-order volume, with 10,000 in just 52 minutes and 30,000 in 48 hours, but the continued success of the car has been impressive.

XPENG WEEK 2 OF 2025 DELIVERIES

At the company level, XPeng delivered 7,400 vehicles through January 6-12, the 8th consecutive week with over 7,000 deliveries led by the XPeng MONA M03 and P7+.

In fact, the Mona M03 and P7+ accounted for 58.2% and 26.4% of the week’s sales, respectively, for a total of 84.6%.

The XPeng G6, a best-selling XPeng vehicle in international markets, accounted for 7.9% of sales.

In December of 2024, XPeng delivered an all-time record of 36,695 deliveries, following a previous record-breaking November with 30,895 deliveries.

On the first week of January, Xpeng had overtaken Li Auto at the No.1 spot of Emerging NEV automaker weekly sales ranking.

For 2025, XPeng has set an ambitious annual sales target of 350,000 units, an implied increase of 84% from 2024.

XPeng is expected to launch three new vehicle models and four facelifted cars.

Amongst the new vehicles, we are aware of the upcoming mid-size SUV Xpeng G7 and the coupe-style model codenamed E29.

XPeng will also be releasing range-extended models in 2025, with the first one codenamed G01, expected in November.

The G01 will be a variant of the existing G9 with an expected CLTC electric range of 430 km and a comprehensive range of 1,400 km, helped by the range extender.
