On February 20, at the Maextro Technology Press Conference, the Maextro S800 made its global debut and will be delivered at the Shenzhen Auto Show by the end of May.

The Maextro S800 will be priced between 1 to 1.5 million CNY, making it the most expensive executive Chinese branded sedan.

The Maextro S800 will feature six innovative technologies. Among them, the Tuling Longxing platform, Angel Seat Active Safety Protection, and Huawei Galaxy Communication will debut with the car, while the HIMA ALPS Cockpit 2.0, Huawei CheYu System 2.0, and Huawei Whale Battery 2.0 will be introduced in future OTA updates.

Tuling Longxing platform

The Tuling Longxing platform is the auto industry's first self-developed intelligent digital chassis platform, using a distributed CNC flexible architecture that supports torque output of 7,000-12,000 N·m and adapts to various models such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs.

This platform supports full-dimensional fusion perception, capable of constructing high-resolution road space models in real-time, significantly enhancing road condition recognition.

The S800 performs well even under extreme conditions; for instance, in cases of front wheel blowout and slippery roads, the vehicle can still maintain stable driving without needing to hold the steering wheel.

Additionally, the rear wheel steering angle of the Maextro S800 can reach 16°, with a turning radius of only 5.05 meters, making it more agile than the BMW Mini.

Angel Seat Active Safety Protection

The Angel Seat Active Safety Protection system offers all-around collision protection through omnidirectional three-dimensional fusion perception technology.

The vehicle is equipped with four lidar units and multiple sensors, capable of automatically adjusting seat posture, tightening seat belts before a collision, and making rescue calls after a collision, providing comprehensive safety guarantees.

Huawei Galaxy Intelligent Network

The Huawei Galaxy Intelligent Network technology equips the S800 with ultra-wide-angle satellite communication capabilities, supporting 160° beam width, with a 50% increase in link speed and a 20% reduction in call setup time.

This technology also supports ground communication, capable of preloading navigation content in weak network conditions, and making satellite rescue calls automatically in the absence of a signal.

Additionally, its innovative distributed in-car satellite communication enables capability sharing, maintaining network connectivity even 30 meters away from the vehicle.

HarmonyOS ALPS Cabin 2.0

The HIMA ALPS Cockpit 2.0 can automatically manage air quality inside the cabin through a dual-layer air circulation system, including odor purification, disinfection of bacteria and viruses, and defense against harmful gases.

The system also features a dual negative ion system, making the negative ion concentration inside the cabin exceed the level of the Xishuangbanna rainforest in Yunnan, China.

Negative ions are believed to have various health benefits, including improving mood, reducing stress, and enhancing respiratory function..

Huawei Car Language System 2.0

The Huawei Car Language System 2.0 is equipped with interactive headlights that support autonomous intelligent lighting and dynamic light carpet technology, which can accurately adjust the light carpet shape according to the driving trajectory.

When the system detects an incapacitated driver, the vehicle can automatically pull over and project an SOS distress signal with the headlights. It can also actively communicate driving intentions and pedestrian safety.

Huawei Giant Whale Battery 2.0

Huawei Giant Whale Battery 2.0 is the industry's first 800V high-voltage extended range 6C battery pack, using an ultra-fast charging cell system that takes only 10.5 minutes to charge the state of charge from 10% to 80%.
